Peachy Keen Juice

My husband and I are taking a trip up north to San Francisco for the weekend. Our good friends have a show premiering at the Berkeley Rep and we are so excited to get our butts up there and cheer them on. They are producing An Audience with Meow Meow. She is a one-woman powerhouse. If you’re in San Francisco or going to be visiting in the near future, check it out!

I got my BFA in theater (not musical theater, however). According to my voice teacher, I could “project” very well, but not necessarily on key, ha! I love going to the theater. The excited chatter of the audience before the show starts, the smells of the theater always bring me back. I spend all of my acting time in front of a camera now. I’m not sure if I could be brave enough to get back on stage. At least on camera they can CUT and do over.

The reason I’m bringing this all up is that I’m trying to clean out our refrigerator. We had some very ripe fruit in our fruit bowl and fridge. I didn’t want to throw it away, but it was too ripe to just eat. Never fear, this makes it at the perfect stage to JUICE! Hooray for juicing!

Due to the amount of fruit I needed to use, I made quite a large amount, that is now sitting in my belly. You may choose to use a little less or SHARE. (I was never good at that đŸ˜‰
