Pear Sorbet with Mint and Lime
It’s the first week of October and Southern California is having a MASSIVE heat wave. I was outside all day shooting a short film I wrote and am acting in and the only thing that’s keeping me relatively cool is knowing that I have some of this refreshing sorbet waiting for me at home.
It’s now almost 10pm and we are all still roasting on set. I keep trying to think “cool” thoughts.
I love the light green color from the mint. I think this would be the perfect after-dinner dessert. So refreshing and light with no added sugar.
Enjoy!
