What is Paula’s Plate?
Paula’s Plate is the result of my many years experimenting in the kitchen. It is a collection of delicious recipes – most healthy, some utterly indulgent – that I think you will love. It is also a labor of love and a continual work in progress…I am still learning how to photograph food and make it look good. If you stumble upon an old recipe with a horrible picture, don’t be deterred. It will still be delicious.
What kind of food is on Paula’s Plate?
From indulgent Chocolate Cherry Cake to a refreshing Strawberry Avocado and Chicken Salad, you will find something for everyone on this site. In addition, I am both gluten-free and lactose intolerant so most of my recipes have room for variation in order to fit a wide array of dietary needs.
